The Commerical Pro X grass trimmer is suitable for landscapers, facilities operations and municipal users. All EGO portable batteries are compatible with the tool making this extremely well balanced for all day use.

Tool speed can be controlled via the handle, which means the tool runtime can be increased when working on light loads. The speed can also be increased for heavier working loads, at the touch of a button. Equipped with a Rapid Reload head and 2.7mm twist line, the tools are simple to load with line when empty. This reduces downtime and the need for additional maintenance in the field

For the STX4500 you can use different EGO batteries, which gives you a lot of flexibility the 5.0Ah battery has a run time of approx 75 mins; 6.0Ah battery 90 mins; 7.5Ah battery 115 mins; 10.0Ah battery 155 mins; 12.0Ah battery lasts 190 min and finally, with the backpack battery (28Ah) it can last up to 450 mins.
